My Travel Log
Welcome to my travel log. Yep, not a blog.
It's not a check list of the top 25 things to do before lunch, or where to get the best latté in the world! But I hope it will be an often funny account of my travels, including some stories and anecdotes behind the artwork in my portfolio.
Join me as I fly, train, sail, drive and ride through the small corner of the globe I have been fortunate enough to explore, and with luck, find inspiration from the places and experiences I have enjoyed.
I hope you like it.
This is a work in (slow) progress, so please come back soon-ish.

Asia

Diverse, Spiritual, Historic
A lot of Asia, well South East Asia at least, is right on my back door step, yet despite its proximity to Australia, it could not be more different. After all, it is the world’s largest and most diverse continent. Despite having so much history and breathtaking beauty, much of Asia still remains budget friendly..ish.
Europe

Historic, Cultural, Scenic
Medieval villages are my jam, and Europe has those in spades. But of course, there's so much more. Spectacular landscapes, unparallelled historical treasures, winter adventure lands, and a cornucopia of taste sensations. Every country is unique, and none will disappoint.
Africa

Majestic, Ancient, Enchanting
There are over 50 countries in Africa, and I have only just begun to scratch the surface. But so far, I have found it mesmerizing. A veritable potpourri of over 3000 ethnic groups, unparalleled wildlife experiences as well as stunning landscapes and natural wonders, make this continent a must see.
